These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Renly mobile application (the "App"), provided by Zolatik ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Renly is offline-first by design: the subscriptions, reminders, and profile information you enter are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us or to any server.

You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your own backups. The App lets you export and import JSON backups for this purpose.

Deleting the App from your device will delete the data stored locally by the App, so export a backup first if you want to keep it.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and only with data you have the right to use. You may not attempt to disrupt the App or use it to violate the rights of others.

Renly can schedule local reminders about upcoming renewals. These reminders are generated on your device and depend on your device settings (such as notification permissions, Focus modes, and Do Not Disturb). We cannot guarantee that a reminder will always be delivered or visible.

Renewal dates and amounts shown in the App are based on the information you enter. Always verify charges against your provider and bank statements.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zolatik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial loss arising from missed payments, unexpected charges, incorrect data entry, or loss of data stored on your device.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability toward consumers where such limitation is not allowed.

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the updated Terms published on this page with a new "last updated" date.

Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
